Our organization has been in existence for more
that a half century and our members are people
just like you. We have a passion for our work
and enjoy sharing with and learning from each
other. We accomplish this with an annual meeting
in the spring, teleconferences throughout the
year and ongoing informal exchanges of emails
and phone calls between members who have become
good friends. Peruse the site. It will give
you a feeling of who we are and what we stand
for.
Frankly, if you want to be the true professional
that your company needs you to be, you can't
afford NOT to belong to the North America Field
Development Association.

Attendees at the 2008 NAFDA annual meeting in Baltimore were treated to a very special session facilitated by Bob Arzt of POLARIS ONE. As an executive coach dealing with folks from the insurance and financial services industries, he took us through a series of exercises that were challenging, thought-provoking and just plain fun.
Bob has graciously agreed to present a half-hour teleclass entitled "The Top Ten Attributes of Resilient People" to members of NAFDA and those of you who are curious about our fabulous organization.
